TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of this website and all purchases made from 28 Grams On The Beat (“Producer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any products or services, you (“Customer,” “Artist,” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
    28 Grams On The Beat provides digital products and services including, but not limited to, music instrumentals (“Beats”), beat licensing, exclusive rights, and custom production services.

​

  1. LICENSE TYPES
    All beats are sold as licensed products, not owned outright unless explicitly stated in a written exclusive agreement.

​

A. Non-Exclusive License (Lease) – $50

  • Allows multiple customers to license the same beat

  • Includes MP3 and/or WAV format

  • Limited to 50,000 total audio streams

  • Limited to 2 music videos

  • No radio broadcasting without written permission

  • Producer retains full ownership and copyright

​

B. Premium Lease (if offered)

  • Up to 100,000 streams

  • May include WAV + stems

  • Additional usage rights may apply

​

C. Exclusive License

  • Grants one customer full usage rights

  • Beat is removed from public sale after purchase

  • Unlimited streams, sales, performances, and monetization

  • Includes WAV and stems

  • Producer retains copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing

  1. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
    All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is completed.

   2. DELIVERY
All beats are delivered digitally. Customers will receive access to downloadable files after confirmed payment.

​

   3. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
All beats remain the intellectual property of 28 Grams On The Beat. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated.

​

  4. CREDIT REQUIREMENT
Customer agrees to credit “Prod. by 28 Grams On The Beat” in all releases, where applicable.

  1. RESTRICTIONS
    Customer may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat

  • Claim ownership of the beat

  • Use the beat beyond the scope of the purchased license

​

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
28 Grams On The Beat shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased products.

  1. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.

​

 MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
