EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

The Exclusive License grants one artist the highest level of usage rights available for a beat. Once purchased, the beat is removed from the marketplace and will no longer be sold or leased to other customers. The artist receives full usage rights, including unlimited streams, sales, performances, and monetization. The artist will receive high-quality WAV files and stems, allowing complete creative control over the final track. Although exclusive rights are granted, the producer retains copyright ownership of the original beat unless a separate agreement is made in writing.
