Beat may continue to be sold to additional customers.
Ownership remains with 28 Grams On The Beat.

Exclusive License

Beat is removed from future sales after purchase.
Previous non-exclusive license holders retain their previously granted rights.
Copyright ownership of the original instrumental remains with 28 Grams On The Beat unless expressly transferred in writing.

5. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All copyrights, producer rights, composition rights, publishing rights, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with this website and its products remain the sole property of 28 Grams On The Beat.

Customers may not:

Claim ownership of any beat.
Register the instrumental as their own composition.
Sell, sublicense, lease, transfer, or redistribute any beat.
Remove producer credits where commercially reasonable.
Use the beat in any unlawful manner.

6. PROHIBITED USES

Users may not:

Share purchased files with third parties.
Upload beats for resale.
Reproduce instrumentals for commercial redistribution.

Deposits.
Revision limitations.

Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable once production begins.

Customers may not register purchased instrumentals with:

YouTube Content ID
Facebook Rights Manager
TikTok Rights Management
Audible Magic
Similar content protection systems

without prior written authorization from 28 Grams On The Beat.

Unauthorized registrations may result in license termination.

13. WEBSITE CONTENT

All website materials, including:

Graphics
Videos
Audio previews
