Returns
Merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags or packaging still attached.
To request a return, please contact us at info@28gramsonthebeat.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available if you received the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Shipping Costs
